Rockwood holds survey, design and construction capability within one organisation. The team that measures the site designs the solution, and the team that designs it builds it. That creates a clear route from initial requirement through to physical delivery - with fewer interfaces, fewer assumptions and one point of responsibility.

Site visit to handover
01 - Site Visit
Rockwood attends the site to understand the requirement, the environment and the constraints around it.
02 - Survey
Levels, access, drainage, boundaries and existing conditions are measured and recorded in-house.
03 - Design
An appropriate external solution is designed around the survey - practical, buildable and suited to its environment.
04 - Specification
Materials, construction details and scope are specified clearly, ready for approval and pricing.
05 - Construction
Rockwood's delivery teams construct the works - groundworks, construction and landscaping coordinated in one programme.
06 - Handover
The completed works are inspected, finished and handed over by the same organisation that surveyed them.
